Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Merchandise may be returned for only STORE CREDIT within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
- When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items, sale items and gift cards are final sale and non refundable/ returnable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, please reference the above information to return your unused item. We recommend making a separate order for the desired size.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know my email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
